We wanted to create all in one Drinks Cabinet. Solid Oak wood in combination with Oak veneer is used to keep a natural look in accordance with the white Corian DuPont workboard antibacterial area. The humidor can be added, or other possibilities of use can be applied. The wine fridge has an easy access ventilation and a temperature control system. Sensor led lighting illuminates the wooden interior and puts the glasses and bottles in the best light.

Continue readingWALTZ is designed to subtly adapt to the environment like parties where people chat and dance with the music. In order to explore whether dynamic beauty can be incorporated into static products, Junyi applied the main posture of the waltz, a type of dance combining strength and beauty to the form of a stool. The entire work combines the aesthetics value of dancing with traditional stool design. When users sit on WALTZ, they feel like they are dancing with it. It's a standing pose, and also a dancing stool.

Storage and power options are close at hand and the surface provides flexibility for the task at hand. When privacy or focus becomes a priority the 2 in 1 accommodates. The chair’s high wood arms form a visual boundary that helps eliminate distractions and prying eyes.

This is an outstanding armchair made out of hardwood with overcome various of structural challenges and woodcrafting techniques. The armchair is comfortable with its own personality, lay back, light in weight and with a pretty structure and appearance.

It embraces community involvements and conveys a much-needed message of happiness to encourage positivity in a city that repeatedly fell short on the global ranking of happiness level. Infused with cultural references (origami, paper-cutting) drawn from the designer’s mixed (Japanese-Chinese) heritage, the seating has also adopted Sun Chan's Chinese character art motifs as the designer’s tribute to her beloved late father who departed the same year she was commissioned this project.
