Though the hardware is the classical click clack system, the real innovation of this comes from the sexy lines and contours that make this quite an appealing piece of furniture.

Bean Series 2

This table was designed by Bean Buro principle designers Kenny Kinugasa-Tsui and Lorene Faure. The project was inspired by the wiggly shapes of French Curves and the puzzle jigsaws, and serves as the central piece in an office conference room. The overall shape is full of wiggles, which is a dramatic departure from the traditional formal corporate conference table. The three parts of the table can be reconfigured in to different overall shapes to vary seating arrangements; the constant state of change creates a playful atmosphere for the creative office.

Bookshelf # 17 was developed with the premise to occupy the necessary space, when necessary. Considered to be an extension of the wall when all shelves are closed, or when not being used, and opening the shelves as needed. Abstaining from the superficial, it intends that the piece is functional and meets the requirements for which it was designed for. This project was developed by Danilo Olim

Dressup

Dressup is more than a regular chair. It’s very functional but also modern with its different colored covers. It’s simply stable with an endless metal pipe. It’s possible to choose one of the three combinations that are already fixed for linings, buttons, plastic seat and lacquered structure. It is designed for intern use.

Ola

This bench, designed following eco-design strategies, takes street furniture to a new level. Equally at home in urban or natural surroundings, the fluid lines create a variety of seating options within one bench. The materials used are recycled aluminium for the base and steel for the seat, chosen for their recyclable and durable properties; it has a bright and resistant powder coated finish ideal for outdoor use in all weathers. Designed in Mexico City by Daniel Olvera, Hiroshi Ikenaga, Alice Pegman and Karime Tosca.

The cubic form of the product keeps it stable and balanced in all directions. Moreover the three way usage of the product in formal, informal and friendly etiquette is possible only by 90 degree turning of the chairs. This product has been designed in a way to be kept as light as possible (4kg) considering all aspects of its functionality. This aim has been reached by choosing light weight materials and hallow frames to keep the weight of the product as low as possible.
