Plover

Plover is a collection of chairs specifically designed for workshop and seminar events where the chairs can either be used individually or collectively to aid brainstorming and co-creation. The design of Plover encourages the freedom of different sitting postures. The protruding “head” is at one time the extended end of the back support of the regular seated user; at the other time it becomes a small worktop for the user sitting in reverse. There are 3 models under the Plover series.

This is because the market offers little alternative. The design world remains sparsely populated with manufacturers of steel furniture, even sometimes republishing designs from the late 19th century… Here comes the birth of Tomeo: a modern, light & stackable steel chair.

Time Book

Time Book are made by hand-polished crystal glass blocks. Special ink was screen printed on the surface and cured at high temperature. The high density of crystal glass gives them perfect stability when in use. Time Book is minimalistic in terms of function, form and material, it’s like a book-shaped sculpture. The function is clearly presented by its form. The text on the book uses Quinsay Parto typeface designed by Time book’s designer. The “MMXIX” on the book spine is the Roman numeral writing of “2019”.
