Bavvic
Bavvic is a set of creative building blocks for children. The wooden blocks are made from local beech left over from furniture and window production. Sensory silicone connectors interlock the blocks and allow abstract forms to be built. Each block measures 80 by 80 by 7.9 millimetres, and each connector measures 40 by 40 by 8.4 millimetres. The open-ended design supports cognitive and motor skills, spatial imagination, problem solving, decision making and creative thinking. Bavvic is intended to encourage learning through hands-on play for all ages.
Bavvic Creative Building Blocks by Maciej Sokolnicki has been featured as an outstanding example of industrial design by the A' Design Award.
