Eggshell Montage
Eggshell Montage is an animated video that brings together a series of looping motion artworks. Each scene is built around ambience and a sense of flowing movement, similar to running water in a river. The looping motion is smooth and continuous, and it creates a calm atmosphere for the viewer. Most shots are very wide, and the objects are small and distant, so the audience can feel placed inside the scene. The artworks were illustrated in Photoshop on a tablet and animated in After Effects. Projection on a wall increases the impact of the viewing experience.
Eggshell Montage Animation by Fong Lok Kee Rocky has been selected as an outstanding illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition.
